PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION

We work with licensed professionals to coordinate preparation of preliminary plans including site plans, floor plans and building elevations. After the customer has reviewed the preliminary plans, we coordinate adjustments based on customer feedback. This process allows our team to better understand the customer’s needs and desires.

After all project requirements are determined and approved, CC&D provides the estimated cost and construction time line. After customer approval, CC&D and the design team provide final drawings and a construction agreement. We then coordinate all permit approvals and construction through project completion.
